How to Retrieve Your Password

Steps to retrieve your password

• Click the "Sign In" button in the top menu.

• Click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

• Enter your registered email address.

• You will receive a "Reset Password" link in your email.

• Open that link; it will allow you to set a new password.

• Select the option to change your account password.

How can I see my purchase slip or invoice?

Steps to get purchase slip or invoice 

• Log into your account and go to the member area.

• Click on “My Courses.”

• Next to your purchased course or webinar, click the “View Invoice” button to see your invoice.

How can I enroll in my course?

Steps to enroll in courses

• Log into your account and go to the member area.

• Click on “My Courses.”

• Next to your purchased class or webinar, click the “Access Course” button to enroll.

If you're using a Mac or iOS device. To access the courses and enhance your experience, please allow pop-ups on our site:

• Safari: Go to Settings > Safari > turn off Block Pop-ups.
• Chrome: Tap the three dots > Settings > Site settings > enable Pop-ups.

Refresh the page after adjusting your settings.
